No milestone.

So far, the milestone has been showing up. Even with anxiety or hesitation, I’ve been present instead of withdrawing. I’m starting to communicate more directly while being aware of timing, intention, and impact. I’m noticing my patterns, when I soften my words too much, when I test instead of speak clearly, and choosing differently. I’m no longer orbiting people, I’m standing with them.
