I started showing up.
Everyday.

I refused to quit. Stayed. Pushed through the discomfort. That sounds small, but it isn’t. I’ve had workouts where nausea hit mid-session and the old version of me would have taken that as permission to stop. Now, I don't. I finish my sets. What I don’t yet have is a structured, long-term health system. There is effort. There isn’t yet architecture.
